Nets Injury Update: Game #23 Lopez Questionable
[box] The Nets injury report has gotten a bit smaller in the last week but a new name is on the list now.
[quote_box]Brook Lopez turned his ankle late in the third quarter of last night bug win against the Clippers and is being labeled as “questionable”to play in tonight’s road game in Detroit.
Lopez did make the trip to Detroit and will be a gametime decison.

Even if Lopez sits out tonight, that’d make it seem like this’ll be a brief spell on the sidelines for him, which would be a huge relief.

[quote_box]Jason Terry and Andrei Kirlenko remain the same right now and did not practice again today.
Jason Terry (knee) and Andrei Kirilenko (back) are both making progress in their rehab and are targeting a return in another 1 to 2 weeks.

Paul Pierce came off the bench for the second straight game and looked good running the second unit so it looks like it may be something that coach Kidd will stay with for the foreseeable future.
The good news coming out of the Nets is that the issue with Lopez ankle is not serious and he shouldn’t lose much time and that is great news after the Nets just got back Deron Williams after a 10 game absence.
More good news is that the trip to Detroit tonight is the last time the nets will board a flight until December 27th.
Getting healthy around the holidays will make all Nets fans have a great Christmas.
