WORST Blown Call of the NBA Season To Date – Melo Fouls Stackhouse (Jump Ball?)

This call in yesterday’s MLK Day game at the Garden was one of the worst calls I have EVER seen in the NBA.  What was this referee thinking and what exactly did he think he saw?

He called a jump ball when Carmelo Anthony hit Jerry Stackhouse’s elbow for everyone in the arena to see except himself.  JUMP BALL?!?
