The Brooklyn Nets are rumored by ESPN’s Marc Stein to be leaning towards signing another 10-day contract player to their roster after the Nets made it official yesterday by signing Jason Collins to a second 10-day contract with the team.
The two considerations seem to be Jorge Gutirrez and Darious Johnson-Odom.
Gutierrez is an undrafted player who played for the California Golden Bears. (Jason Kidd’s old school) He was invited and played in the Nets summer league this past season and was the Nets last cut so the team knows him very well.

Johnson-Odom is currently playing for the Nets D-League affiliate Sprinfield Armor averaging 22 points, six assists and five rebounds per game and was the 55th overall pick of the 2012 out of Marquette.
Brooklyn Nets, I’m told, planning another 10-day signing soon after working out Jorge Gutierrez and Darius Johnson-Odom this week
