Report: Brian Shaw Granted Permission To Talk To Nets
It hasnt been a secret that the Brooklyn Nets have been waiting to get permission to interview Brian Shaw and now word has been confirmed that the Nets have been granted that request.
Shaw is being reported as the favorite for the job.
Many believe Shaw has paid his dues and should have the opportunity to be a head coach. He is well seasoned winning with the Kobe/Shaq Lakers and coaching under the greatest NBA coach of all-time in Phil Jackson.
The additional experience he had with the run the Indiana Pacers just went on could only add to his preparedness. Shaw has the blessing of Pacers Gm Donnie Walsh as well which can only strengthen his reputation around the league.
There shouldnt be a doubt that Shaw will either be the next head coach of the Brooklyn Nets or the Los Angeles Clippers if the rumors that are flying around are true.
