[quote_simple]NETS STARTERS
The starting lineup tonight will be  Shaun Livingston playing alongside Alan Anderson in the backcourt with Joe Johnson, Paul Pierce up front and the man in the middle Kevin Garnett.

Brooklyn is trying to do something that they haven’t done all year – win four games in a row.

The Nets have allowed 87.0 points per game and a 41.5 field-goal percentage during their unbeaten start to 2014.

Williams has been ruled out for the 13th time this season so Anderson and Tyshawn Taylor will have to be ready to stay with the ultra-quick guards of Golden State.

Slowing the game down is a must for Brooklyn to have a chance at this win.

[box]Injury News:

Deron Williams had a cortisone shot and PRP (platelet rich plasma) treatment done to his sprained left ankle as per Nets officials. He is in a walking boot and will be re-evaluated on Tuesday.

WARRIORS STARTERS

The Warriors starting lineup will be Steph Curry and Klay Thompson in the backcourt with Andre Iguodala, David Lee and Andrew Bogut playing in the frontcourt.

The Warriors are  trying to complete first undefeated road trip of seven games or longer in NBA history tonight.

They are also on the cusp of matching the franchise’s longest winning streak.

They have the reigning Player of the Week in David Lee (24.5 ppg and 10.5 rpg in a 4-0 week) along with the ever explosive Splash Brothers in Curry and Thompson.

Golden State is 11-1 with Iguodala back in the lineup from injury.

[quote_simple][box]Game Notes:

The Nets are looking for their season-high fourth victory in a row.

The Warriors swept the Nets for the third time in five years last season.

The Nets have used 16 different starting lineups this season after using 13 different starting fives during the 2012-13 season.

[box]WHAT TO LOOK FOR

No Splash

The key tonight for Brooklyn is to contain the Splash Brothers from going on a tear and slow the game down.

Iguodala seems to be the perfect compliment to the  Warriors backcourt with his willingness to create for others.

His defensive attitude has permeated the lockerrrom and helped the young inconsistent backcourt to understand the game is played on both ends.

The Warriors are red-hot and looking to set an NBA record tonight so the Nets must come with the proper intensity from the opening tip or there will be a big splash in Brooklyn and another L.
