Jason Kidd will make his NBA debut tonight as the head coach of the Brooklyn Nets even though it is a preseason game as this will be the first of seven preseason games for Brooklyn.

The Nets new additions will be on display tonight with Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, Andrei Kirilenko and Alan Anderson all in the lineup for the first time.  The chemistry that these new players will forge in the preseason will be priceless.Brook Lopez Dunk on Wizards

This has been a day that all Nets fans have waited for since July and now it is here and we get a chance to see all of these hall of famers play together for the most part and see a totally different team and vision for this team.

The offense that the Nets run will be something to see as Kidd has vowed to not make it so iso heavy and told anyone that would listen that the Nets would  run.

The other intriguing factor is Andray Blatche once again facing his old team so i am sure he is hyped to play tonight as well.

The Washington Wizards are an up and coming team that has a ton of talent in the backcourt.  Shaun Livingston and Tyshawn Taylor will have their hands full tonight with a hungry John Wall ready to start the season right.

Rookie Otto Porter was one of the top talents in this years draft so his addition to the already hungry Wizards will definitely help the frontcourt.
