Nets "new uniforms" leaked?

Images of the Brooklyn Nets new home and away jerseys are going around the twitter sphere. It seems that a toy company MacFarlane that makes the NBA licensed figurines are starting to hit online toy retailers. I own about 10 figures and at least 6 are previous Nets players while the others are all Jordan. I personally love the straight black and white jersey scheme as simple is better when it comes to uniforms.

The Basketball Jones sums up the situation with an article by Trey Kerby.

“Let’s see here. We’ve got white with black lettering, Brooklyn across the chest (you can make out the “yn” and “Nets” would look way longer), the basketball shield on the left leg, just as we’ve been told would be the case. Considering this toy was made by a manufacturer who is licensed to reproduce NBA uniforms, these have to be the Nets’ home kits. We’ll know for sure soon.”

I can’t wait to see the Brooklyn Nets wearing their “new look” jersey’s opening night at the Barclays Center.
