Kyle Lowry To The Nets? – "gaining traction"
[box]
Kyle Lowry of the Toronto Raptors is being discussed in trade scenarios with both the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets.
At first glance it looked like the Nets were inquiring on the unhappy Raptors point guard just to tweak the Knicks or raise the price up on them. Mission accomplished.
(Follow Frank Isola timeline for that dysfunction)
Then WOJ got involved……..
Knicks front office regrouping on Kyle Lowry with Dolan, but Nets gaining traction as a possibility to land point guard, sources tell Yahoo.

Raptors are still talking with several teams on a possible trade for Lowry, and nothing is imminent.

I don’t really know how I feel about this rumor right now because I want to see what this Nets team will look like when healthy before they go and break up some of the pieces.
The big question is “What would be needed to get Lowry?”
Some guys names have been thrown around like Mirza Teletovic, Tyshawn Taylor, Reggie Evans and Euro Bojan Bogdanovic but I am not too focused on this rumor with a big game in Detroit tonight.
Get a fourth straight win tonight and then worry about a backup point guard.
