Jason Kidd to the Nets is now official. Presser tomorrow 2pm at Barclays Center
The Twitter world is exploding right now with the news of Jason Kidd being selected as Brooklyn Nets new coach with a three year deal and team option fourth year.
Peter Vecsey tweeted an hour ago that Brian Shaw apparently was told by Billy King that the job was Kidd’s.
Credit needs to be given to Brian Geltzeiler (@hoopscritic) for breaking the news yesterday. Many people doubted his sources but it looks like he did the impossible and scooped Adrian Wojnarowski on this one.
The excitement will be at an all-time high tomorrow when the Nets announce the hire at a 2pm press conference at Barclays Center.
