Brooklynettes Hold Nets Kid Dancer Auditions

The Brooklyn Nets and the Brooklynettes held the 2104 Nets Kid Dancers Auditions at LIU in Brooklyn last night.

More than 500 kids, ages 6-13, showed up to strut their stuff and show everyone that they are ready for prime-time on the Barclays Center floor during games.  The team consists of 16-17 members and tryouts are held each year for new members.

I am more than aware of this auditions as my daughter, GiaNina, who is eight years old,  tried out with the rest of the kids.  She will wait for a phone call to see if she made it after three hours of dancing, learning choreography and multiple cuts.
