As hard as it was to watch the final few minutes, and it was grueling, the Brooklyn Nets found a way to survive Game 7 on the road and beat the Toronto Raptors with defense.

The Nets struggled through the final three minutes having their 10 point lead dwindle to 104-103 with just 6.2 seconds remaining and the season on the line.  They botched another inbounds pass, no surprise, and gave the Raptors a chance to win the series with the ball at half court.

Brooklyn needed one defensive stand to move on to the Eastern Conference Semifinals to play the defending champion Miami Heat.

The Raptors inbounded the ball to Kyle Lowry only to see Paul Pierce deny an entire countries hopes and dreams with a big block to end the game and the series.
