Nets 109 – Sixers 89

The Nets won their fourth game in a row with a dominating performance over the Philadelphia Sixers 109-89.  Deron Williams scored 22 points and added five assists to lead the Nets in 29 minutes. Williams once again seemed to play with his old confidence and attitude in the win and the rest of the team follows his lead.  The Nets outscored the Sixers 61-42 in the second half and blew the game open with a 35-14 third quarter.

Reggie Evans grabbed a career-high 23 rebounds in 26 minutes and Joe Johnson added 15 points, four rebounds and five assists to help with a balanced attack.

It was a tough day for Andray Blatche as just hours after he was questioned by Philadelphia police as part of a sexual assault investigation at the Four Seasons hotel he scored 20 points and had seven rebounds.  He did his best to help his teammates forget about the incident with another solid game.  Blatche was not charged in the incident although he was in the room and tweeted that info earlier in the day only to later delete the incriminating tweet.

The Nets next game will be at the Barclays Center Friday night against the Phoenix Suns.
