Jason Kidd threw a solid strike with some heat on it to the Yankee catcher and then made his way to the Yes Network telecast to chat with Michael Kay, Al Leiter and David Cone for the top half of the third inning.
Kidd said his strike was “like throwing an assist.” He mentioned how his friendship with Deron Williams would change a bit going forward, how excited he is with what is ahead of the team and how the Brooklyn Nets are the “hot” team.
