Lionel Hollins is a very detailed defensive type head coach in the NBA and he did a more than admirable job with a small market team in the Memphis Grizzlies from 2009 to 2013.

Hollins is said to be the favorite right now to take over for exiled Jason Kidd as per multiple reports.

I saw this video on Twitter and thought it would good to share with all Nets fans to see what Hollins in about.

Players in this video talk about “trust” and his “passion for the game” when they speak kindly of Hollins who molded the Grizzlies into the mantra of “Grit n Grind” all the way to the Western Conference Finals in 2013 before being let go because of philosophical difference with Grizzlies management.

He could very well be the Brooklyn Nets head coach so take a few minutes and see what his ex-players had to say about the man himself.
