Sloppy start for Chicago as Carlos Boozer is cold with 2 turnovers and a foul to start the game.  Deron Williams much more aggressive early penetrating and gets fouled on a 3-pointer early followed by a three in transition.  Nets lead 10-2 with seven to play in first and Williams with eight points.  Brook Lopez picked up his could with three to play so he took a seat on the bench for Andray Blatche.  Bulls on a 11-0 run to cut Nets lead to 17-16 with less than two to play.  Nets missed their last 14 shots and shoot 22 percent for the quarter after coming out and building a 12 point lead.  Bulls lead 19-17 after one.

The Bench Mob with C.J. Watson, Jerry Stackhouse, Blatche, Kris Humphries opened the second with Williams.  The Nets can’t hit a shot inside or put for almost 10 minutes.  Blatche finally ended the drought with a layup. A technical on Blatche followed by a Nate Robinson technical heated things up. Nets are now 2 for their last 20 and the Bulls lead 30-21 midway through the second.  The run is up to 28-4 for Chicago and still growing.  Boozer has 12 points to lead the Bulls run.  The Nets shot 9-40 at half for 22 percent and were outrebounded 28-18. A Nets turnover to start the second half to go with two misses.  Down 45-34 early.  Luol Deng scores in five straight possessions for 12 points in the first three minutes of the third. Reggie Evans has 11 rebounds as the Bulls stretch their lead to 54-40 midway third.  The Nets try to make a run only to be stifled by Boozer and his fadeaway. Bulls lead up to 61-45 with three to play.  Nets up to a whopping 27 percent shooting to end the third down 65-52.  Deng leading Chicago with 19 points.

The Nets are now 9-for-46 after starting out the game 5-for-8.   Bulls are cruising against Nets, up 16 pts, 70-54 early fourth.  This game hasn’t been close since early in the second.  Lopez is handing out tickets to the block party. Racking up 6 blocks and 6 boards while keying the Nets defense.  Boozer got 15 rebounds with 4:09 left. Bulls are winning 77-64.  With a 10-0 run in 4:28, Nets cut the Bulls lead to 3 pts, 77-74, w/ 11 sec left. They’re right back in it!  Lopez scored 8 of 10.  Williams hits a critical jumper to cut the Bulls lead within 2 pts, 78-76 with 5 sec left. Watson misses a critical three to tie the game at the buzzer. Bulls win a close one 79-76.

STAT OF THE NIGHT:  The Nets had a big 11 blocks for the game led by Brook Lopez’s seven blocks.

GAMECHANGER:  The Nets went scoreless for the final 6:25 of the first quarter and the Bulls went on a run to open a big double digit lead.
