[box]The Brooklyn Nets lost to the Charlotte Bobcats last night by a score of 95-91 in Charlotte.

The Nets struggled all night putting the ball in the basket andcould not defend the paint at all.  it turned out to be one of the more disgusting performances for them all season and there have been quite a few bad games.

Andray Blatche came off the bench to lead Brooklyn with 25 points and reserve Alan Anderson did his part to spark a late rally hitting 4-of-6 Bobcats Michael Kidd-Gilchrist dunks on the Nets3-pointers and scoring 16 big points.

The Nets got pounded on the glass in the first half and gave up 36 points in the paint and allowed 15 layups and one dunk to the Bobcats who were without Al Jefferson.

The Bobcats ended the game scoring 52 points in the paint and grabbing 17 offensive rebounds to the Nets 34 points and just six offensive rebounds.

The normal third quarter woes hit Brooklyn again as they lost the quarter 30-20 and went down by as many as 13 points and looked listless.

Brooklyn made a late run in the fourth but two clutch free throws by Kemba Walker (31 points) put the Nets out of their misery once again.

We’re going to work. We’re going to continue to work, and we’re going to get ourselves out of this.[/quote_box]
