“According to a report by the NY POST, the Warriors involvement in a potential Dwight Howard blockbuster could have totally other motivations. In the rumor below, the Warriors would receive big man Brook Lopez in exchange for Monta Ellis. This trade would instantly solve the Warriors well-documented problems in the paint.”

“There are renewed rumblings about the Warriors possibly getting Brook Lopez from the Nets in a multi-team deal involving Howard. That would cost them big time, though; Monta Ellis would be part of the Magic’s compensation”
