The Nets are looking win the first Game 7 victory in Nets’ NBA history.

The Nets are 0-2 in Game 7’s in their history with the latest loss coming on this date last season at home to the Chicago Bulls.

If Brooklyn wins it would move the Nets to the Eastern Conference Semifinals for the first time since 2007

All the chips are on the table and now it is put up or shut up time for this veteran team that was put together in the offseason to give the likes of the Miami Heat a run for the championship and not be eliminated in the first round for a second straight year.

This game might be the defining moment in Deron Williams Nets career and if he comes up small and Brooklyn does not advance past the first round it may very well be his last as a Nets player.

The veterans like Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett need to show their worth today and bring home a road victory in Game 7 in Toronto.
