The Nets came away last night in Brooklyn with a THRILLER in Double-OT and the win 107-105 over the Detroit Pistons and have now won two in a row after losing five straight without Brook Lopez.

The Nets also got a much needed return of their big man Lopez and was limited to 24 minutes (coaches decision) and scored nine points with three blocked shots.  Lopez ranks among the league leaders with 2.5 blocks per game.

The Nets did everything they could to give this game away but the bench and Joe “Clutch” Johnson bailed them out for the hard fought win.

Joe Johnson hit a step-back jumper from about 20 ft as time expired in the second overtime to give Brooklyn the win after the Nets blew a 17-point lead in the first half.

“The coaches and, like I say, my teammates have the confidence in putting the ball in my hands down the stretch, then I have to come up big for us,” Johnson said.

The Bulls look for their fifth win in six games so the Nets need to come out focused and with energy or they could get run out of Chicago.  I think they will be ready for the Bulls and come away with a victory.
