Brooklyn Nets coach Jason Kidd told reporters at yesterday’s practice in Miami that Kevin Garnett will not play against Miami on Tuesday night as part of the plan to rest the big man for the playoffs.
Garnett came back on Saturday for the game at the Sixers after missing 19 straight games and scored 10 points, hitting 5-of-6 shots in 13 minutes of play without any issues.
Kidd said that Garnett would play against the Magic on Wednesday.
