Kevin Garnett has "a whole new respect" for back spasms

The Brooklyn Nets are 8-2 in their last 10 games and have done it without their defensive backbone in Kevin Garnett.
Garnett has been sidelined with back spasms and there is no timeline for his return. He will be re-evaluated this weekend and his status for the upcoming three-game road trip is uncertain.
He spoke to the media today for the first time today in three weeks and expressed his frustration with the process as this is something he has never had to deal with prior.

He admitted he had a setback trying to comeback before the Toronto game. He credited Andrei Kirilenko for helping him deal with back spasms.
