The much awaited double ankle surgery for the Brooklyn Nets franchise point guard Deron Williams was done today and the team announced the surgery as a success per GM Billy King.

Injuries have plagued Williams since his arrival to New Jersey in 2011 with wrist and multiple ankle injuries maligning his play and confidence.

Fans are tired of seeing Williams writhe on pain on the floor consistently and hope this “cleanup” surgery will solve the point guards ankle woes so the Utah Jazz version of Williams will once again show up and be present in Brooklyn.
