Brooklyn Nets officially introduce Bojan Bogdanovic
Last week Brooklyn announced they had finally convinced Bojan Bogdanovic to come over to the NBA and in turn signed him to a three-year $10 million contract. The Nets officially introduced the 25 year old Bogdanovic today after acquiring him in a draft-day trade three years ago.
Much will be expected from the 6’8” Bogdanović who played the last three seasons with Fenerbahçe Ülker in the Turkish Basketball League.
He will be asked to help fill the void left by the departed Paul Pierce at the forward position with help in the scoring column as well as utilizing his overall length to become a factor on defense.
Bogdanovic got the first class treatment this past weekend from GM Billy King and the rest of Nets management. They took him on tours the Barclays Center, the new training facility and good old Brooklyn for lunch with the Nets brass.
