Brooklyn Nets guard Deron Williams named to Team USA roster

USA Basketball has announced that Brooklyn Nets point guard Deron Williams has been named to their initial National Team Roster for 2014-16.

Williams is a two-time Olympic gold medalist (2008, 2012) with a combined record of 16-0 in Olympic competition.

In the USA Olympic career record book, Williams ranks tied for 4th in games(16), tied for 4th for in 3FGM(22), 4th in 3FGA(56), 6th in assists(59)
