[box] The mood of most, if not all , Nets fans right now is SOUR to put it lightly and somewhat ANGERED.

Friday was a day of disgust for everyone after allowing the putrid New York Knicks, losers of nine straight games coming in, to come into our building and take over in the stands and even worse on the court!

The ABOMINATION that transpired from the opening tip made me want to put my hand through the television and never watch the Nets again.  This cant happen.

Friday afternoon I was in my car listening to ESPN Radio New York in the afternoon and I heard one of the best rants I have ever heard that tells you everything you need to know about the state of the Brooklyn Nets right now.Stephen A Smith ESPN Radio pic

Stephen A. Smith was hosting his daily show, the Stephen A. Smith and Ryan Ruocco show, and he went into a perfectly said diatribe about the Nets and the beat down that occurred the night before at the Barclays Center.

I have been on record since this debacle started that this is not Jason Kidd’s fault – right now-  and that he needs time to get himself acclimated to coaching and I was hoping this veteran laden team would help him with that process.

The exact opposite has happened in the first 20 games as the leaders of this Nets team have abandoned coach Kidd and the media has their pitchforks ready to put him out of his misery.

Deron Williams is the singular reason for all of this dissension with the team and I don’t think people have said it enough so far.

Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett accepted a trade to this team because of Williams.  Andrei Kirlenko took much less money to play with Williams.  Alan Anderson came to Brooklyn rather than other more lucrative places to play on this start studded team with Williams leading the way.

None of this would have gotten to this point if DWill was not hurt prior to training camp, missing all of camp, and since then been out for 10 regular season games with “ankle injuries'”

Listen to this five minute rant from Stephen A. and tell me he is NOT 100 percent correct with everything he says.

I had to pull over my car and tape this segment so that other Nets fans could listen and enjoy the TRUTH.
